Who owns them

3RD UNICORN LTD (registered in England and Wales, company no. 17490143, registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) and 3rd Unicorn (Bangladesh, trade licence no. 01051-00, Dhaka) own and operate a network of independent trade publications. The titles cover regulated niches: iGaming, crypto, forex, CBD and supplements, and lending and dating.

We publish this so readers, advertisers and regulators can see who stands behind those titles. We do not list them here, and we do not link to them from this site.

How the titles are run

• Editorial independence per title. Each publication has its own editorial line and makes its own coverage decisions. Paid content never runs as editorial.
• Sponsored placements are disclosed. Paid content is labelled as sponsored on the page, and links in it carry rel="sponsored".
• No player-recruitment advertising. The titles are written for the trade — operators, affiliates and the businesses that serve them. They do not run ads aimed at signing up players or retail customers.
• No cross-linking between titles. The publications do not link to one another, and they are not used to pass link authority to each other or to this site.
• Corrections. When we get a fact wrong, we correct it on the page and note what changed and when. Send corrections to the editorial desk below.

Compliance

iGaming content carries an 18+ notice. Crypto, forex and lending content carries a capital-at-risk or borrowing-risk warning. Health-adjacent content (CBD, supplements) makes no medical claims and is written to MHRA (UK) and FDA (US) advertising rules. Sponsored content must meet the same standards as editorial content, and we decline placements that don't.
